What is your policy on exchanges?

At K’s Aromatic Gifts, every item is handcrafted with care and love. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your happiness means so much to us! If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a store credit to make it right.
